[직구] Club monaco 환불하기

 연말에 클럽모나코 세일할때 옷을 샀는데, 이것들이 배송을 해주지 않는다.

정상적인 주문이면 있어야할 Tracking 넘버를 보내주지 않는다.

정상적인 주문 화면일 경우 하단에 트래킹 넘버도 있고 

클릭하면 아래처럼 배송도 조회가 된다.

하지만 이상한 주문은 트래킹 넘버가 빈칸으로 와서 조회가 되지 않는다.

 트래킹 넘버가 없어서 이상하다고 이메일 문의를 남겼더니 답변은 기다려 달라는 말.  주문하고 일주일만에 받은 답변..

 하지만 역시 슬픈 예감은 틀리지 않고, 여전히 아무 움직임도 메일도 없다.

 그리고 2주후 다시 문의하였더니 받았던 답변, 기술적인 문제로 트래킹이 안되지만 일주일안에는 배송 될거라는거.

 그리고 또 일주일후 이제는 채팅으로 3주를 기다렸으니, 그냥 취소해달라는 요청을 했었다. 

하지만 취소는 되지 않았다. 그리고 또 문의.. 한달이 지났지만 아직도 취소가 되지 않았다.

클럽 모나코의 일처리 클라스.. 한국과 미국의 시스템이 다르지만 아마존과 너무 차이난다.

진짜 사람들이 잘 안쓰는 이유를 알수 있었다. 10여년간 직구 하면서 이렇게 취소를 안해주는 것은 정말 너무한다.

인간적으로 메일을 7번 보내고, 라이브 채팅을 2번이나 했지만 단호하다 ㅋㅋㅋ

그리고 드디어 받은 취소 메일... 이걸 받기 위해 나는 이렇게 노력했다는 말인가...

 굿뉴스는 무슨 ㅋㅋ 진짜 이렇게 서비스가 최악일 줄은 정말 생각도 못했다.

 하지만 최종 환불은 10일이 지나야 한단다.. 언제 과연 최종 환불이 될지. ㅎㅎ

새해부터 정말 이 환불을 위해 스트레스만 생각하면, 다시 한번 직구에 쓴맛을 알려준 클모에게 감사한다 ㅎㅎ
